Kim L. Clarke-Grant is one of the founding members of the organisation she started dancing at age eight and has performed in all the major productions. She has toured and performed on the international arena, the hotel circuit and local shows. Kim was chosen as part of a Barbados contigent to perform at the Guadaloupe Festival in 1997. Kim has also excelled in drama her last stint was the role of a nurse in the recent drama production Snakes and Grasshoppers. She is currently principal of CTC and this entails looking after the administration and co-ordination of the centre. Kim is also resident choreographer and tutors the 4-7 and the 11-16 junior dancers.

In 1992 Kim furthered her studies in the area of dance at the St.Augustine campus of the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. While in T&T Kim took every opportunity that was available by attending various workshops and seminars in dance one of which was taught by Sheila Barnett in the art of choreography.

In 1994 Kim won most promising choreographer for one of her pieces entered in NIFCA. Her technical skills and experience over the years have provided her with the opportunity to become a judge for NIFCA in '98 & '99.

As a qualified nurse Kim has been call on more than one occasion to act in this capacity for the workshop.
