Asantia Brathwaite is the Office Assistant at PCW's Marcus Garvey Resource Centre. She joined the organisation in June 1999. Her job entails assisting the clients with they career assessment forms and registration for all programmes co-ordinated by the Centre. She develops and updates databases on all clients/ programmes/ business places; Develops linkages with business houses to acquire employment for clients. Asantia also ventures into the community informing and acquiring persons for programmes and job placements. Asantia is a key member of PCW Netball team and is a member of the Barbados National Under 21 team.

Kathlyn Carter joined the organisation in 1994 as a singer. She has performed on the hotel arena and several local shows. Kathlyn has performed on the regional and international stages of St.Vincent, Mexico '95& '96, Canada and Germany. She is part of the cast performing at the award winning dinner show entitled 1627 and All That. Kathlyn is currently the Research & Development Officer for PCW she also performs the duty of Photographer and is stationed at the Marcus Garvey Resource Centre.
