Wayne "Parks" Riley has been in the organisation from its inception and holds the post of Co-ordinator and Stage Manager of P.C.W.

Most persons would know Wayne from his dynamic stage presence in P.C.W productions, Radio Ads and the numerous Television Ads. "Parks" as he is popularly known, has been in every production from the inception of the group, Of Age and Innocence, Teacher Teacher, Interviews, Gods Daughter and recently Snake & Grasshoppers -and there are so many more. One of his most famous roles would be his television appearance as the slave "Sammy" in the production Bussa.

Wayne has stage managed many of P.C.W's productions, but he is always seen in almost every show mounted in Barbados, as he is always present representing D.B.Productions in the area of Stage Management. Wayne has stage-managed several shows such as Calypso Spectacular, Crop Over, Congo Line, NIFCA; also, The Barbados Jazz Festival with famous North American artists such as Luther Vandross & James Ingram, Gospel Fest, Sprit of Unite, the Senior Citizens production, Parish Ambassador Gala etc.
